Prince Charles accidentally booked an exotic dancer for his son’s birthday.

The prince met burlesque performer Dita Von Teese – former wife of gothic rocker Marilyn Manson – at the Cartier International Polo Day at Windsor Great Park, Berkshire on Sunday (27.07.08) and asked her to appear at Prince Harry’s 24th birthday celebrations in September.
The confusion occurred when he asked Dita – famed for a risque routine inside a giant martini glass – what she did for a living and the 35-year-old replied: “I’m a dancer.”
A source told the Daily Star: “Poor Charles was so embarrassed when he realised what he’d done. He genuinely had no idea about her raunchy stage act.
“She was stunned when he suggested the idea, explaining that his son loved a good dance.
“But he gnawed his fist to within an inch of his knuckle when his aides explained what sort of dancing she did for a living.”
