The life and death of the stripper who married a billionaire is to be turned into an opera, written by Mark-Anthony Turnage and Richard Thomas, one of the people behind Jerry Springer: the Opera. Called simply Anna Nicole, it’s set to open at the Royal Opera House in February 2011.
