The iconic south Londoners are to be joined by Rosie Huntington-Whiteley, Lily Cole and Georgia May Jagger as
design names like Dame Vivienne Westwood and Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen have their clothes displayed by the famous models.

A source told the Daily Mirror: “Organisers wanted the best of British – and that’s exactly what they’ve got.

“The models were all keen to take part because it will be such a memorable event.

“British style is known around the world for innovation and creativity, so it’s right that it will be celebrated as part of the show – it will look amazing.”

The multimillion pound closing ceremony, which will take place on Sunday 12 August, is titled A Symphony of British Music.

Creative Director Kim Gavin said: “We want to create a fabulous emotional experience, something that people will remember for years to come. It will be an elegant mash-up of British music.”

Gavin added it will feature “the biggest after-show party – the show being the sport”.
