Civil engineer Abhinav Tyagi finds himself in a marital rut with wife Vedika. He longs for excitement and gets his wish when budding entrepreneur Tapasya Singh arrives at his office in Kanpur from Delhi. She requires his professional help for a project and Abhinav is only too pleased to offer his services. He enjoys Tapasya's company but when she learns that he is married, she noticeably cools towards him. Consequently, Abhinav tells a few untruths about his supposedly unhappy married life.
