Jothi is a powerful drug lord, whose identity remains a mystery. He masterminds lucrative deals in Goa and Mumbai, aided by a vast criminal network and his right-hand man, Chitti. The police dispatch two officers, Siva and Karthik, to go deep undercover, infiltrate the drug network and hopefully discover the identity of the kingpin. Siva befriends Chitti and eventually gains his trust while Karthik worms his way into a drug cartel in Gujarat headed by Sharma, who often deals with Jothi.
