The American Pie actress – who has previously been romantically linked to Steve Burton, David Schwimmer and Tommy Lee – is said to be planning to tie the knot with Julien Jarmoune, the French fashion executive of clothing corporation J and Company.
A source told the National Enquirer magazine: “Tara’s really in love with this guy, and he’s had an amazingly calming effect on her. She’s trying to clean up her reputation.
“Julien has definitely changed Tara for the better. It looks like she’s finally gotten her act together. They’re talking about a wedding next summer.”
Tara is famed for her wild ways, which have earned her the nickname Trasher. A wardrobe mishap led to her exposing her entire left breast at a party thrown by P Diddy in 2004, while she is a regular on the Hollywood party scene.
The 32-year-old actress – who insists her reputation is unfair – recently revealed she thought Paris Hilton and Lindsay Lohan deserved to be sent to prison for driving under the influence (DUI).
She said: “What have I ever really done? Danced on a table? Who doesn’t drink with their friends and have a good time? I don’t understand why people punish others for being happy. When Lindsay Lohan and Paris Hilton got their DUIs, they got punished. They deserved it. But my punishment, I don’t feel like it fits the crime. Enough.”
