She added to US TV show ‘Access Hollywood’: “I’m definitely not perfect, I have bad days. I get cranky. I have snapped at fans. I mean I am not perfect, believe me. The sad look on their face when it happens is terrible because they think I am going to be Charlotte, but it’s so clear they realise that I am not and they are just really disappointed.

“I am certainly moody and there are some times when honestly, I think to myself ‘You know what? Today I should just stay home because I am not in the mood and if I go to the grocery store, something bad is going to happen. So I should just stay around the house!’ ”
