Dame Helen Mirren has a crush on Russell Brand.

The 63-year-old actress was flattered by Russell’s recent flirtatious praise for her and has returned the compliment.
She said: “I heard he fancies me. I fancy Russell too.
“I mean, who can resist a man who looks so good in tight trousers. He’s absolutely lovely.”
Russell vowed to seduce Helen, who is 30 years his senior, when they star together in a movie version of Shakespeare’s The Tempest.
He said: “I’m going to try and get off with her. It’s the big time, if I can get Mirren. I am going to seduce that queen.”
However, he may have competition for the actress’ affections.
Helen – who is married to director Taylor Hackford – revealed: “There’s a young man in the offing. I have an admirer. They’re getting younger all the time.”
Helen won the Style Award at the Inspiration Awards for Women 2008 on Tuesday (07.10.08) and sent pulses at the ceremony by wearing a low-cut floor-length dress.
She beat off stiff competition from Keira Knightley, Yasmin LeBon, Fearne Cotton and Agyness Deyn to scoop the accolade.
The awards were held at London’s Cadogan Hall and were organised by charity Breakthrough Breast Cancer, with votes cast online by members of the public.
