Zimbabwe-born Chelsy Davy escaped the chilly UK – where she has been studying at Leeds University – to top up her tan at her family’s UKP1 million luxury apartment in Durban.
A source said: “Chelsy looked stunning in her skimpy white bikini. She is determined to get a tan so she looks healthy and gorgeous when she returns to Britain.”
The 22-year-old spent two hours sunbathing and smoking roll-up cigarettes on the balcony of her apartment on Saturday (15.12.07) – the same spot where Harry was seen kissing her when they first began dating three years ago.
Chelsy, who has had a series of rows with Harry over his partying lifestyle, has reportedly agreed to return to the UK in the New Year and give her romance with the prince another chance.
The source added: “Harry has promised Chelsy he will take their relationship seriously. She has decided to return to Leeds and continue her studies even though she hates the cold and wet weather.”
Earlier this month, Harry took Chelsy on a make-or-break holiday to Africa. Chelsy – who grew up in Cape Town, South Africa – decided to continue her studies at Leeds University so she could be near Harry, but is said to have become increasingly homesick.
Chelsy is expected to spend Christmas in Kenya with her brother Shaun.
