Protagonist and Golden Globe winner David Caruso (Horatio Caine) returns to lead the pack alongside a formidable cast roster of series regulars, including Emily Procter (Calleigh Duquesne), Jonathan Togo (Ryan Wolfe), Eva LaRue (Natalia Boa Vista), Omar Benson Miller (Walter Simmons) Adam Rodriguez (Eric Delko) and Rex Linn as homicide detective Frank Tripp. CSI: Miami – The Ninth Season will also see a special guest star appearance from ladies favourite Eddie Cibrian, who will return briefly as level 2 CSI Jesse Cardoza.
