In May 2009 in Wichita, Kansas, Dr George Tiller, medical director of Women’s Health Care Services, which provided third-term abortions, was murdered by an anti-abortion activist. The procedure is now performed by only four doctors in America, all former colleagues of Dr Tiller. This documentary interviews subjects on both sides of the heated debate.
