Kicking off 2009 in style, Florida’s A Day To Remember have announced they will be touring Europe in February / March 2009. The band is currently in the studio recording new album Homesick with Andrew Wade and Adam D from Killswitch Engage, which is set for release 2nd February 2009.

Following two sold-out UK tours, a second stage appearance at Download Festival, a whole summer on Warped Tour, a Kerrang! Award nomination for Best International Newcomer, the video for their rocked-out cover of Kelly Clarkson’s Since U Been Gone all over music television, and their 2007 Victory debut For Those Who Have Heart becoming our biggest selling current artist week-on-week, 2008 has truly been a year to remember for A Day To Remember!

With an average age of 20, this young band have taken their musical style into two extremes – with their trademark catchy choruses as appealing as their crushing breakdowns – carving a new, fresh path in the genre that has got both fans and their peers hooked. With Homesick the band look set to go global, rising to the top of the pile for bands to watch in 2009.
