Cartoon Art Trust Cartoon Museum
Established in 1988, the Cartoon Art Trust is dedicated to preserving British cartoon art and caricature and houses a tremendous collection, with a a gallery, archives and reference library. On display in the museum are thousands of humourous, political and personal illustrations from throughout British history. The museum is not currently open to visitors but the curator can be contacted Monday - Friday 10:00 - 17:00; the collection is set to re-open in February 2006.
