In 1970, the award-winning documentary I Was A Soldier chronicled the physical and emotional scars of three veterans returning home from the war in Vietnam. The three young soldiers - David, Dennis and Lamar - spoke candidly about their experiences on the frontline and the problems they faced re-adjusting to life back home in the heartlands of Texas. More than 40 years later, this documentary returns to Texas to discover how these men's lives have altered in the intervening decades.
