In the past four years, the world has witnessed a series of uprisings and protests, which have become known collectively as the Arab Spring. This documentary investigates the personal cost of some of these uprisings through the eyes of the activists and their loved ones. Subjects include Osama, whose 21-year-old son Muhannad fought against Gaddafi in Benghazi, and sisters Maryam and Zainab, whose father languishes in a Bahrain prison.
