Niren Chaudhary and his wife Aditya are devastated when they lose their first daughter to pulmonary fibrosis. Despair turns to joy when the couple conceives but the Chaudharys face agonising choices when they discover their newborn daughter suffers from the same condition. The family travels to Great Ormond Street hospital in London to give little Aisha a fighting chance of survival. Many years later, fate delivers a cruel blow.
