A revealing documentary about eight people from around the world whose waking hours are far less terrifying than the hours they spend in bed because they suffer from sleep paralysis and night terrors. Combining interviews with these subjects and chilling re-enactments of their experiences, the film sheds light on the horrifying tricks the mind can play on sufferers, conjuring vivid hallucinations of shadowy men, who have haunted these people’s dreamscapes since they were young.
