Paul Raymond lays the foundations of his business empire with a touring show of nude models, supported by his wife Jean. He expands with his first club, Raymond’s Revue Bar, and begins amassing property in the heart of London, as well as seeking out new opportunities in the lucrative adult magazine market. Some years later, his daughter Debbie is sucked into the same world of performance, titillation and excess, and she loses control to a drug habit that will eventually take her life.
