Rudhramadevi

A historical epic charting the reign of Queen Rudrama Devi in southern India during the 13th century, after she assumes control of the Kakatiya dynasty from her father Ganapatideva. As one of the few ruling queens in Indian history, Rudrama Devi faces numerous challenges to her authority but she is supported by her husband, Veerabhadra, and two daughters, Mummadmba and Ruyyamba, who they adopt to continue the royal line.
