Danny lives in Austin, Texas. He is recently divorced and comfortably wealthy but the lack of a woman on his arm is making him miserable. So he seeks self-improvement at the local gym owned by body beautiful fitness guru Trevor, who promises to put Danny through his paces with the help of acerbic trainer Kat. Trevor and Kat soon realise that they have met their match in deeply depressed Danny.
