My Night With Maud (PG)

Jean-Louis is a devout Catholic who believes in saving himself until marriage. He falls under the spell of Francoise, a girl he glimpses in church. Good friend Vidal tries to lift Jean-Louis’s spirits by introducing him to divorcee Maud, a bohemian who believes in free love. As the night draws to an end, snow forces Jean-Louis to stay at Maud’s house and she makes amorous advances. Yet her guest says true to his love for Francoise.
