Fragile X Syndrome is an inherited learning disability with associated behavioural problems that may require speech therapy and other counselling services. Tom Spicer, who is an ardent fan of Lars Ulrich from Metallica, has the condition. His brother Will and sister Kate make a promise to Tom that they will help meet his idol, by any means necessary. This documentary joins the Spicers on their mission to make Tom's dream come true.
