Shark’s Fin on Mount Meru in the Himalayas is the ultimate prize for big-wall climbers. Over the past 30 years, numerous elite climbing teams have tried and failed to navigate the deadly 21,000ft route. This documentary follows good friends Conrad Anker, Renan Ozturk and Jimmy Chin, who pit themselves against Mother Nature and quickly learn that they are at the mercy of the elements. The three men chase the impossible dream with dwindling supplies and encounter sub-zero temperatures and raging snowstorms.
