Disney’s ambitious 1940 animated symphony comprising eight segments set to classical music conducted by Leopold Stokowski including, most famously, The Sorcerer’s Apprentice by Paul Dukas which features Mickey Mouse as an aspiring magician, who foolishly attempts his master’s tricks and unleashes a water-sloshing army of brooms and buckets.
