Ella Enchanted (PG)

As a baby, Ella of Frell is blessed by her doddering Fairy Godmother with the spell of obedience, which compels her to do as she is told. When Ella falls madly in love with Prince Charmont, her venomous step-sisters Hattie and Olive use the curse to their nefarious advantage compelling Ella to rebuff the Prince’s amorous advances. Charmont’s uncle, Sir Edgar, also learns of Ella’s compulsion to obey orders and he hatches a devious plan to seize the throne by commanding her to kill her beloved.
