Radiohead ticket news for the O2 in October.

Radiohead announced their first UK headline shows in four years yesterday (06.03.12).

The Lotus Flower group will playing two shows at the O2 Arena on 8 and 9 October and one show at Manchester Arena on 6 October, in support of The King of Limbs, released last year.

Tickets for the concerts are available through our dedicated Radiohead ticket page here.

The band are currently touring in the US and have recently played two new songs, Identikit and Cut a Hole live, as well as previewing a new version of lead singer Thom Yorke's solo track Skirting On The Surface.

Guitarist Ed O'Brien said before the band started on tour they were planning on playing new material, saying:

"We're trying to keep it creative. We've been rehearsing about four or five new songs this week so we're going to try and take those on the road. It feels really good."

He also said the group have chosen mainly indoor venues to play in support of The King of Limbs as it leant a better sound to the tracks.

Radiohead are playing all across the US and will headline the Coachella festival in California in April. They will then play Europe and South East Asia in July and Australasia in November.
