Prince William’s ex-girlfriend has got engaged.

Natalie Hicks-Lobbecke – who was romantically linked to the prince when they were mixing in the same polo-playing circles in 2000 – is set to wed handsome entrepreneur Ed Milbank after she excitedly accepted his proposal.
Natalie’s brother Toby told Britain’s Daily Mail newspaper: “Everyone in the family is delighted. They haven’t set a date yet and aren’t sure where to get married.”
The couple, who are both widely travelled, bonded over their mutual love of adventure.
Natalie, 29, is a security consultant in Iraq, while Ed, 35, runs a property firm in Montenegro.
It is not known whether William will be invited to the nuptials.
Meanwhile, speculation is rife that William and his current girlfriend Kate Middleton are getting closer to their own engagement announcement.
The couple, who started dating in late 2003, fuelled speculation after William’s father Prince Charles joined them on a skiing trip last month, which was taken as a sign that Kate has now been fully accepted into the family.
