Re-issue of Jean-Luc Godard’s 1963 drama starring his then-wife Karina as Nana, a young mother who has abandoned her husband Paul and child in order to pursue her dream of making her name in the movies. Vivre Sa Vie is divided into 12 distinct sections, each following Nana as she attempts to keep herself off the streets: trying to steal her flat key from the concierge and failing miserably; allowing a passing stranger to pick her up, and then refusing the man’s sexual advances.
