Willie, Joe and Albert are lifelong friends, who all worked for the same steel company and are now mellowing in retirement. While Joe is talking to his unsympathetic bank manager about his overdrawn account, three masked men with guns walk into his local bank and steal 1.6 million US dollars in broad daylight. Soon after, the trio’s former employer announces it is freezing all pension payments. Enraged by this injustice, Willie, Joe and Albert decide to rob the Williamsburg Savings Bank.
