Ruthless hit man Joe travels to Thailand at the behest of crime boss Surat to assassinate four gangland enemies. Joe hires lowly pickpocket Kong as an errand boy, intending to kill the punk once the contract is complete. However, the usually cold and aloof Joe forges an emotional bond with Kong and embraces the role of mentor to the youngster while wrestling with an attraction to local shop girl Fon. Just as he begins to let his emotional guard down, Joe discovers that Surat intends to double-cross him.
