Members of the dysfunctional Milgram family come together for the festive season. They wake on Christmas Day to find they are locked inside the house and when they turn on the television, the Milgrams are greeted with the ominous message, “Stay indoors and await further instructions.” Trapped inside, Tony and his racist father bicker with Tony’s brother Nick and his girlfriend Annji. Then the television begins to issue orders to the Milgrams and their survival depends on obeying each command.
