Police officer Daniel Sniezek uses valuable information gleaned from Ukrainian twin brothers Alex and Zenia and their underworld contacts to secure rapid promotion to the Central Anti-Corruption Bureau (CBA). Once he feels secure in is new position, Daniel assumes control of a brothel under the guise of a police operation then carefully eliminates rival pimps in the region. He secretly installs cameras in rooms of the brothel to gather compromising material on influential figures.
