This documentary combines rare, never-seen-before footage with interviews with members of the global skateboarding community to trace the evolution of the sport and its subculture in Dublin since the late 1980s. The film centres on Clive Rowen, who owned a shop in inner-city North Dublin called Clive’s Of Hill Street and engaged his customers by building primitive ramps on the premises. Rowen expanded his vision to a temporary skate park in the Top Hat Ballroom in Dun Laoghaire.
