John Breacher is the cigar-chewing leader of a team of elite DEA agents in Atlanta, who take no prisoners on their special missions. They use a raid on a safe house as an elaborate smokescreen to steal 10 million dollars of one drug cartel’s ill-gotten gains. The stolen cash vanishes and one by one, members of the team are slain. As the body count rises, Breacher seeks help from Atlanta police detective Caroline Brentwood to unmask the killer.
