Over Halloween, Natalie visits her childhood best friend Brooke and discovers that Brooke is living with disagreeable classmate Taylor. The young women put differences aside as they attend a travelling attraction called Hell Fest at a local amusement park with Brooke’s boyfriend Quinn, Taylor’s boyfriend Asher and his buddy Gavin.
