Sir John Sloane spent the whole of his life adding to his collections including 17th and 18th century sculptures; Egyptian, Classical, Medieval and Renaissance antiquities; stained glass; and paintings. A fantastic museum; check out the Egyptian sarcophagus in a sepulchral chamber.
