Do I have to purchase/order tickets before hand?
Or can I just show up and buy tickets there and then?

just wondering if there was anywhere to put your bags when you go so that you dont have to skate with your bag on ? like lockers or something !

I go every year and LOVE it. I'm on my way there now and then on to Wagamama for a nice meal and drinks after... woo hoo. It's great.

DO GO THERE!

im responding to the message above, if you've had one bad experiance don't go telling other people not to go there, as you've read there are MANY more good comments then there are bad, so don't go spoiling what could have been an enjoyable experiance for other people.

thanks
P.S i think you're a retard

I would like to comment on the remark above. If a person falls over, due to the injury it is not possible to move that person until a paramedic or amulance person arrives. The rink prides itself on being professional. People do fall and hurt themselves. To say dont go there is a big mistake. Loads of people enjoy themselves ice skating.

Glad you enjoyed your skate, however it's not nice to call someone a liar, whether they are or not, am sure you have a better command of the English language.

This is the first we've heard of trouble down at Canary Wharf. Did you contact a manager to discuss your experience? I'm sure they'd appreciate your feedback/info, and you might even get a refund/fresh tickets.

On Thursday 11/12/08 friends of mine and I waited more than one hour to skate at the Canary Wharf ice rink and finally couldn’t either skate or get a refund. A poor person badly fell more than one hour earlier that evening and they just let her lying on the ice for ages. No customer service at all, total lack of professionalism and lack of safety as obviously, if you fall while you’re skating, you can lay there forever. DON’T GO THERE!!!

We went before and it was fine. We went with our primary school. Its an accident, sorry for the people, but its not the people in charge's fault.
So yeah its a good place.
