KEITH RICHARDS has gone without alcohol for four months, apparently in reaction to the antics of fellow Rolling Stone Ronnie Wood.

“He has watched Ronnie fall well and truly off the wagon last year and he doesn’t like what he sees,” a source told The Sun.
Wood has been in the spotlight after ditching his wife Jo for teenage lover Katia Ivanova, also subsequently given the heave-ho following a drink-fuelled row.
“There’s no guarantees that [Richards] will stay off it, but he’s doing really well so far,” the Sun quotes a friend as saying.
“He has started to feel for the first time like it might do him some good to give up the booze for a while.”
