Chelsea Physic Garden, London
One of the oldest botanical gardens in Europe, it contains a rock garden, the largest fruiting olive tree and the world's northern-most grapefruit tree. It is also open for scientific research and plant conservation work. Open Wednesday 12:00 - 17:00; Sunday 12:00 - 18:00. Admission is £6.50 for adults, £3.50 for concessions and children.
