A Christmas Carol (PG)

Simon Callow’s acclaimed one-man adaptation of Charles Dickens’ A Christmas Carol has played repeated sell-out seasons in London’s theatreland. Directed and designed by Tom Cairns, the show has been reimagined for this cinema presentation in which the actor plays all of the parts. Miser Ebenezer Scrooge exploits his assistant Bob Cratchit and the people closest to him. Following the death of business partner Jacob Marley, the penny-pinching curmudgeon is visited by three ghostly guides.
