The second concert of this year's British Summer Time welcomes the energetic punk and alternative rocker from East Bay, California, led by singer-songwriter and guitarist Billie Joe Armstrong. Support comes from Rancid, Gogol Bordello, The Hives, The Damned, The Stranglers, The Living End, The Orwells and Stiff Little Fingers.
