Registered Branch Manager - Domiciliary Care- Social CareDescription: Helping Hands Branch Manager £30,000-£35,000 per annum Full time, permanent Essex About the role Here at Helping Hands, we try and improve people’s lives in whatever way we can; we always think about how we can do things better, go the extra mile and make things possible. As one of our new branch managers, you’ll open, develop and manage a new Hourly Care branch in Essex. We’ll support you every step of the way and do all we can to help, but essentially you’ll start the business from scratch, proactively recruiting the right carers to work for you and develop your own brand new business leads. Once you’ve built up the business, you’ll manage everything from the care provision and workloads to health and safety requirements and staff training. Put simply, you’ll have responsibility for every single aspect of the hourly support side of our service in both performance and service development. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a really positive contribution to our hourly care offering and help grow our business. About you A strong and inspirational leader, you’ve proven domiciliary and hourly care management experience and you’re committed to providing high quality care. Engaging and enthusiastic, you’re an exceptional communicator with good facilitation, coaching and influencing skills and you know all about the importance of building collaborative working relationships to get the best out of your people. A commercial thinker, you’re also a great project manager with the ability to work under pressure to deadlines and deal with unexpected scenarios. More than anything, you’ll be excited about helping us develop a new business here in Essex.
