Recruitment Advisor- Social CareDescription: Recruitment Advisor - Our key client based in Central London has the opportunity for an Recruitment Advisor to join their organisation on a permanent basis. Reporting into the Recruitment Manager, the Recruitment Advisor will deliver a professional and high quality Internal Recruitment service to Directors, Managers and staff within the organisation. The Recruitment Advisor will also be required to provide effective administrative support and a consistent pipeline of high quality candidates to business. As the Recruitment Advisor, you will manage a number of internal vacancies and therefore excellent account management skills are essential. As the ideal candidate, you will have had experience in recruiting into the Health / Social Care sector. My client would be open to either an agency recruiter looking to make the move in-house or an internal recruiter who is looking for a new challenge. Key responsibilities of the Recruitment Advisor: Responsible for the internal recruitment within the organisation CV searching on job boards and Social Media sites Take full brief for each vacancy, taking time to understand the needs of the hiring manager Alongside the Recruitment Assistant, write adverts for new internal roles Researches and develops long term candidate attraction strategies for divisional recruitment Liaising with recruitment agencies and agreeing Terms of Business Sifting through applications and providing shortlists Making verbal offers of employment where required Competency based prescreening/telephone interviewing Arranging Interviews for candidates and managers Liaise with HR Officer regarding new starter paperwork, offer and contracts that need to be issued Assist with administering Company's psychometric testing Responsible for record keeping of all interviews taken place and outcomes Competency Based Interviewing support where required Completes verbal references as per the agreed process Providing feedback to successful and unsuccessful candidatesKey requirements of the Recruitment Advisor: Proven headhunting skills Experience in recruiting into the Health or Social Care sector (Desireable) Proven account management skills Excellent credibility Passion and hunger to deliver results to a high level Proven experience in networking and sourcing high calibre candidates through various methods Ability to take ownership of a recruitment project from start to finish Excellent organisational and time management skills Strong communication and networking skills Able to plan and co-ordinate activities Experience of using candidate databases If the above applies to you, please apply now with an updated copy of your CV.
