IT Service Desk Manager- Public SectorDescription: One of our clients a Local Government Organisation in the North London region would like to recruit an experienced IT Service Desk Manager. The contract for this position is initially for three months on a full-time basis. Job Details: Staff rostering, Queue management, Service Level management, Call response management, Process improvement, Analysis of reports and Problem management. Person Specification: Extensive experience of day to day supervision of a service desk environment is essential along with experience of ITIL and/or ISO20000. Experience within a Public Sector environment is desirable but not essential
