HR Call Advisor- Public SectorDescription: Our client is a local government body, one of the oldest and largest public systems in the world and they are looking for a HR Call Advisor to join their team - ensuring a high quality and consistent service is delivered across in a cost effective and efficient way that maximises productivity, effectiveness and customer satisfaction. •To provide basic advice on HR policies and procedures including staff travel queries, learning and development queries and first point HR advice to customers, colleagues and third parties. •To ensure all data is entered into all relevant HR systems in a timely, accurate and consistent manner. •To ensure awareness of and adherence to Ask HR service level agreements and escalate customer queries to the relevant team member when required. •To take ownership and resolve all Ask HR general enquiries and service requests, ensuring customer’s expectations have been met. •Actively monitors and controls own transactions to achieve efficiency and best value. •To ensure that all aspects of delivery demonstrate and deliver improvement in the companies commitment to promote equality in all people related practices and policies and aim to provide a work environment free from discrimination, unfair treatment therefore providing equal opportunity for all employees. Experience of working in a high volume administrative environment •Experience of using a CRM system and other HR systems •Experience of working with Microsoft tools •Experience of guiding employee and line managers on general employee lifecycle processes •Knowledge of employee lifecycle administration •Basic understanding of employment law •Ability to provide suitable solutions based on the information available •Excellent attention to detail and records information accurately •Customer service skills •Excellent communication skills including oral and written
