Change, Project and Programme Management Consultant- Public SectorDescription: Owned and managed by practitioners, CMC Partnership is a leading provider of training, advisory and delivery services in change management, portfolio, programme and project management. We want to recruit talented individuals to join our team of practitioners providing support and expertise to a range of public and private sector customers. You will need to have at least five years experience of delivering or supporting business transformation, ideally as part of a project, programme or change management team. We would like to talk to you if you have: strong influencing and stakeholder engagement skills solid experience of Portfolio, Project, Programme or Change Management methodologies and techniques, e.g.Prince2, MSP, Prosci, and a pragmatic approach to their application outstanding oral communication, the ability to produce high quality written reports and strong facilitation skills; a high level of ICT proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite, Visio, and MS Project a passion for delivering sustainable change by working collaboratively with customers and colleagues We’re looking for self-starters who share our values of Openness, Trust and Respect. Our business is diverse and geographically dispersed, so you will need to be prepared to work away from home in the UK or overseas when delivering assignments, sometimes for extended periods. We are particularly interested in individuals who are enthusiastic about leading both assignments and people and who want to contribute to the operational side of the business as well as delivering or managing customer facing assignments. Ideally, you will have worked for a management consultancy in a client-side delivery or advisory role previously.
