Business Modeller- Public SectorDescription: My prestigious client is currently recruiting for a Business Modeller for a 2 years contract based in Camden London An experienced Business Modeller, who will produce an architectural integration model for the Case, Custody, Crime, Intelligence and Command & Control systems, using the data and information produced by the Business Analysts. Which meets the needs of the organisation for these systems, and whose requirements will be built into the procurement process for these systems. Essential Criteria: Degree in computer science or related IT field. Professional certification in enterprise architecture. Experience in enterprise projects within the architectural domain for at least 3 multi-million pound projects. Proven experience in defining the architecture for strategic programmes. Expertise in developing and architecting solutions in a collaborative environment. Demonstrated experience in translating business strategies across several operational units into an effective integrated solution. Skills: Professional skills in enterprise architecture. Strategic insight and the ability to extract and translate strategy into architectural requirements. Able to think at both macro and micro level. Analytical and systems thinking. Ability to quickly understand the strategy and processes of several operational units. Skill to identify and describe relationships between organisational functions, processes, structures, systems, capabilities and technical infrastructure. Ability to produce enterprise architecture roadmaps. Constructive questioning of established processes. IT literate with experience of using MS Office applications. Strong written, oral communication and presentation skills. Ability to develop effective working relationships with police officers and staff at all levels, and strong interpersonal and collaboration skills. Ability to work effectively in changing situations, shifting priorities and simultaneous demands. The ability to work within a team to achieve agreed objectives, both as a leader and as a team member. Knowledge of enterprise architecture frameworks, models and best practice. Knowledge of Applications & Infrastructure. Knowledge of ITIL principles.
