Product Optimisation Manager- ManagementDescription: Product Optimisation Manager, London A confident, analytically-minded Product Optimisation Manager is required to drive forward revolutionary products at a successful online business. As a Product Optimisation Manager you will be part of a leading digital business within the UK. Since their launch in 2008, the company has gone from strength to strength; winning many awards along the way and now attracts over 40 million visitors per month to its website. As a Product Optimisation Manager you will be responsible for ensuring that the products function at their best. You will continually monitor and improve the performance of the products, through working across multiple teams, including UX/UI. By using web analytics tools you will track performance and keep up-to-date with changes via consumer research. Key Responsibilities as a Product Optimisation Manager: • Working closely with UX/UI and marketing teams to ensure high quality site performance • Analysing web analytics data using Google Analytics as well as other on- and offline data • Reporting to the Product Director and senior stakeholders • Working with multiple teams to ensure that all site-related issues are identified and resolved • Defining A/B/MVT test scenarios and success metrics • Managing and arranging live-site tests to analyse performance Skills and Attributes: • At least 4 years’ experience working in an online environment • Experience with and strong knowledge of Google Analytics alongside other web analytics tools • Strong background with product testing software, such as R, SPSS and/or SAS • Experience using online optimisation solutions through A/B, multivariate and segmentation analysis (such as Omniture, Google Optimiser, etc.) • Outstanding written and verbal communication, with an analytical and creative eye Candidates who have a numerical degree (2:1 or above) are of high interest.
