Moves/Churn Manager- ManagementDescription: Our well-known and respected client is seeking a Moves Project Coordinator who has had previous experience managing large-scale Churn projects, from the initial briefing through to planning and the implementation. Primary Responsibilities: • To ensure that the moving process is well managed and highly co-ordinated. • Arranging and preparing schedules, giving detailed progress reports, and ensuring relevant information is recorded accurately. • Managing communication to all parties & ensuring information is distributed well in-advance of required dates. • Helping to prepare all move related documentation and ensuring all purchase orders are raised to the correct timeline. • Managing move-contractors to ensure the highest standards at all times. • Building strong relations and ensure effective communication with clients, sub-contractors, colleagues and end users. • Ensuring health and safety requirements are met onsite and providing high levels of client satisfaction. Desirable Skills and Knowledge • Auto CAD Skills desirable. • Highly-developed communication skills both orally and in writing, at all levels. • Able to provide high quality customer service, to both clients and external customers • A strong ability to manage several tasks simultaneously; • Ability to plan and prioritise tasks for the team. • To be able to be hands-on with projects. • Knowledge of Office Programs such as Word and Excel.
