Junior Payroll Project Manager- ManagementDescription: Junior Payroll Project Manager, London Due to continued growth, this innovative Software-as-a-Service provider requires a Junior Project Manager who has exposure to Payroll & HR Systems to join their Project Team. With an impressive portfolio of blue chip customers, the Junior Project Manager will join a business that delivers a range of hospitality focused backend solutions. As Junior Project Manager, you will be required to apply your payoll knowledge, hospitality experience and analytical mind in order to deliver solutions that meet customers’ needs. Responsibilities as a Junior Payroll Project Manager will include: •Managing the full lifecycle of delivering Payroll Project to new customers •Designing project plans in line with business methodologies and best practices •Effective training of the Payroll & HR solution into the customers’ business •Liaising with Payroll Bureau & Technical Teams in the design of solutions to meet specific customers’ requirements •Working on multiple projects simultaneously whilst maintaining a broader overview of business activities •Communicating with other teams internally to ensure customer lifetime loyalty •Training customers and ensuring the solution and system are implemented effectively into their business. Core skills include: •Previous experience as a Junior Project Manager within the Hospitality Industry •Previous Payroll processing experience •IPP qualification would be an advantage •In-depth knowledge of HR & Payroll Systems •Prince II qualification would be a distinct advantage •Demonstrable experience of providing training in the use of Payroll &HR systems For more information and to register your interest in the role please apply online in the first instance
